10 pitfalls why people shy away study grantsMany people live miserable lives because they’ve not planned their future. When you’re young this should be the best
time to plan ahead so that you will live successful and rewarding lives. However, for those who are not successful with their lives today they’ve chosen the other path of life - and that is to become miserable. We are the makers of our destiny and if we live miserable lives we are to blame of this misfortune.

The following are 10 pitfalls why people live miserable lives. You should be able to avoid them if you do not want to regret living the life of misfortune.

1.Too much pride. There are people who cannot afford to go to school because their parents are poor or having financial difficulties yet they are also ashamed to apply for study grants. Student grants are good option and many people have proven this when they applied for it and got successful living after graduating from college. Through the study grants program they were able to continue their studies.
2.Poor in academic. One also of the problems encountered by many people who did not apply for study grants is their poor academic status. Although they can qualify for the other requirements of a college or university but they also failed in their academic record. Even for the admission test they cannot handle for the passing percentage required by the school. This is really a problem by many poor students because majority of the colleges and universities that offer students grants also require applicants to pass the entrance examination.

3.Lazy people. Many students are also lazy, in the sense that, even for doing some research what schools offer study grants they cannot do this thing. They lack proper orientation where to find the list of schools offering study grants to poor but deserving students. In the internet alone, you can find as many as you want of the schools that offer study grants. In just one click of the computer mouse you can find the many schools with these types of programs.

4.No connections. There are also students who failed to apply for various study grant programs because of lack of connections or influence. We live in normal lives where if you have connections from the people who are having these programs you can easily have direct contacts. These contacts will help you get selected or chosen from the scholarship program you apply for. However, there are also schools that do not do this because they are following honest to goodness school policies of just and fairness when dealing with applicants of the study grants program

5.Did not qualify for requirements. There are also students who failed to get the study grants program of the government or of the college and university because they did not qualify from the list of requirements. Sometimes, the qualifications set by the school, government or private companies are too high to qualify for. Students who deserve to apply because of their poor living conditions are not also qualified because of hard to processed requirements.
